you will need:
🍞 sourdough (thick cut, always)
🦞 lobster tail, butter-poached
🧀 gruyère + sharp white cheddar blend
🧈 real butter, no substitutes
🌿 fresh tarragon, a little lemon zest
🌶️ tiny pinch of cayenne (trust)
the move:
butter your bread generously. layer cheese first so it melts directly against the bread. add the lobster (don't skimp). top with more cheese. cook low and slow until golden. finish in the oven for 3 mins.
serve immediately. eat over the sink if necessary. no regrets.
